Ingredients

2 oz Orange Liqueur

2 oz Brandy

1 full Orange

2 full Cinnamon Stick

-1 cup(s) Sparkling Water

2 TBSP Maple Syrup

1 full Apple

1 full Pear

0.5 cup(s) Cranberries

1 piece(s) Mint Leaves (fresh)

Instructions

In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, brandy, orange liqueur, and maple syrup and stir. Add the cinnamon sticks, apple slices, pear slices, orange slices, and cranberries to the pitcher. Stir gently to infuse the flavors. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least two hours, allowing the fruit and spices to meld with the wine. Just before serving, add ice to individual glasses, then pour the sangria over the ice. Top off each glass with a splash of club soda or sparkling water to taste. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint for a burst of color and fragrance.
